“ We like the sandwiches here. It's our neighborhood go to place but we always have the same complaint and that is the pick up process. Example: I walked in while the guy was finishing my sandwich thus completing my order (the other sandwich was already in the bag). He took my sandwich, looked at my receipt attached to the bag, placed my sandwich in the bag and INSTEAD of seeing my order is complete (which it was), attach the tape and then place the bag in the pick up area as customary, he just puts my sandwich in the bag and proceeds to help a customer. I'm standing there looking at my ready to pick up order and waiting until the guy get's to it even though it's ready for me to take. Eventually he did get to it. After he finished with customers and turned around looking for something to do. He looked at the receipt on my bag, again. Got some tape & closed the bag (this is how I found out the other part of my order was completed before I arrived) and THEN moved it to the pick up area. This all happened over 10 minutes. In the meantime the vinegar and oil on my sandwich is making it soggy. Please re- train in this one area. Other than this, sandwiches are good ”

“ I'm a pretty big fan of Jersey Mikes, not a bad imitation of an east coast hoagie. The only huge difference is the rolls..nothing like a Philly hoagie roll. Ordered the number 13 Italian. I always order (and pay for) extra meat and cheese. Makes for a substantial sandwich especially with the paper thin slices they normally use. Anyway, the counter guy took my order quickly and accurately... Made a pretty darn good sandwich. I get pretty much everything on it except shredded lettuce. Sacrilegiously I added mayonnaise as well, that's never done on the east coast..did order it "Mikes Way" oil and vinegar etc. Since I ordered the gigundo size, I'll get at least two more meals. Got a 10% military discount... They have one of those tip shamer dealies there as well. All in all, a good meal is in the works. ”
